He enjoys being there for others, spending time with family, friends, and going to the beach. He also keeps up with the latest mortgage products, guidelines and news.

Steve has a passion for Real Estate and Mortgage Lending, having over 13 years experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Processor, and Operations Manager. 

He understands all the nuances of the market. He has worked as a direct lender, broker and now as a correspondent lender with Equitable Lending.

Steve is knowledgeable, transparent and prides himself on making himself accessible to clients, even at nights and on weekends.

He specializes in FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, Non-QM, Reverse Mortgage, Private Money and commercial loans.

He is also fluent in both English and Farsi.
