David Rodriguez is a Southern California native, and has a background in finance. David enjoys spending time reading up on the latest mortgage news, Mortgage Guidelines, drinking coffee, reading books, helping others and getting creative on solving hard to place loans.

David has been with Equitable Lending since 2019 and currently oversees all of the office processes and infrastructure. As a correspondent lender His goal is to help Equitable Lending grow in order to meet the financial needs of our clients as well as the community.

He has over a decade in the mortgage industry with many different roles: underwriter, processor, office production manager. He specializes in FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, NON-QM, Reverse Mortgage, Commercial and Private Money Loans. With the the skills and years of working and funding  home loans, you are working with a team capable and experience to ensure your home loan process goes as smooth as possible.
