Yvette is a Licensed Loan officer in CA and has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 20 years.  She is well diversed in the lending business with a specialty niche scoping outside of your traditional "full documentation programs". Yvette prides herself in working with more challenging and unique situations which really require out of the box solutions. She has spent the past few years building relationships with investors who will extend credit to borrowers with alternative income documentation such as bank statements, stated income, and 1099 only program for self employed borrowers with term extensions to 40 years and an ability to pick and choose the interest only option for 7 to 10 years of the term. No loan amount is too small and she can extend credit up to 10 million loan amount. 

Yvette started  the mortgage industry with Etrade a direct lender to a brokerage firm and then had the opportunity to work with a wholesale lender as an Account Manager. As a Southbay resident, experienced mortgage and real estate professional, Yvette recognizes and values the trust clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed expectations. Yvette’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. She earns the respect of her clients by working thoughtfully on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. Her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, her goal is to ensure that she can give you a mortgage that will put you in a stronger financial situation and make sure the process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Her clients can count on her any time of day when they have a question or a concern.

Yvette has established a strong connection within her community and is proud to call the Southbay her home. She is a proud mother of two awesome kids and two beautiful grandchildren and loves spending time with her dog. When she isn’t working, Yvette enjoys running on the beach, working out, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
