With nearly three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Eric brings a deep
understanding of complex financing structures and a commitment to client success. His journey
into the financial world began after an honorable military career, which included service during
Operation Desert Shield/Storm in 1990 and a subsequent re-enlistment as an aircraft electrician with the renowned 101st Airborne Division.

Following his military service, Eric relocated to Los Angeles, where he transitioned into the
mortgage industry. Over the past 28 years, he has built a distinguished career as both a mortgage
banker and mortgage broker. He has developed specialized expertise in construction financing,
helping clients navigate intricate purchase transactions and ground-up builds across California
and multiple other states.

Eric is known for his ability to structure creative and strategic solutions for his clients, whether
it’s optimizing debt structures to maximize financial leverage or tailoring financing options for
unique and highly specific needs. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with his
dedication to client service, has earned him a reputation for reliability and results.

Outside of his professional life, Eric values quality time with family and friends, especially when
it involves the ocean. A firm believer in balance, he finds his greatest enjoyment in the laid-back
rhythm of beach life.
