Russell is well versed in the field of funding, document preparation, Closing disclosures, and operations. He is a team-player and thrives in a high-stress fast-paced environment. In his tenure in the business he has been able to fund Non-QM, Conforming and Nonconforming loans, Refinance, Purchase, FHA and VA loans, Wholesale, Retail, Correspondent, USDA, Manufactured Housing, Prime and Subprime loans.  With his strong work ethic and professional customer service skills with all clients he maintains an open door policy and always does the right thing for the company and for the borrowers.
